18 Months

Its hard to believe that our little man is now 18 months old. Some fun things at this stage; jumping on the couch, throwing food at every meal, helping feed the cats, sweeping, dancing, singing, saying "no" and meaning it, and giving the best kisses (close mouthed finally) in the whole world.

Happy Thanksgiving

This year we were in Roseburg at Tim and Liann's new (beautiful) house for Thanksgiving. Great food and family!

Sharing and playing with Sadie!

Heading down to the river. It was so cold but no snow thankfully.

Yumm!

And pumpkin pie to end the day.

Goofing Around

Just some pictures that we have taken over the last few weeks...

Loving the duck at Oakway Mall

One of his new favorite things; climbing on daddy's back when he is doing push ups.

Kylan loves pinching the hand of this snowman and then dancing to the music it makes. This must be a karate/dance move that daddy taught him!

Portland Zoo and 30!

A week and a half ago we went up to Portland for the night. Steve decided that for his birthday he wanted to go to the Zoo (and use the free tickets we had that would expire soon) and shop and hang out in Portland. Thursday night we met Laci and Brian at Claimjumper. One of our favorite places to eat and so glad they could meet us! Later we headed to the hotel for swimming.

Realxing in the hotel after swimming.

The next day we grabbed Starbucks and headed off the Zoo. Kylan was so much more aware of the animals than in the summer when we went to the San Diego zoo. He would point at animals and talk about them. It was fun. The only bummer was that it was sooo cold out! By the time we left his hands and nose were pink and freezing! We were not prepared for that!

Loves climbing on everything- including this bronze cub.

Surprise!! I worked for two weeks planning a surprise dinner for Steve on his 30th birthday with friends waiting. It sure was hard getting him there... it was impossible to rush him when we theoretically had no where to go! But once we were there it all worked out.

Carrie picked up the cake for me. Since Steve isn't really into desserts this was the best thing I could think of... a Snicker cake made by Market of choice. The only candy he likes.

Later that weekend blowing out candles at Grandma and Grandpa's.
