Go ducks!

We went to the parade last week with the Fortiers; celebrating the Ducks' football season. Ky loved clapping for all the participants. Especially the big duck when he rode by on his motorcycle.

Ky and Logan all warm and cozy clapping for all 49 floats.

Kylan on Steve's shoulders watching the UO gospel choir perform after the parade.

A break in the rain

We were able to head outside a few times over the last two weeks.

Kylan loved feeding the ducks. Unfotunately he got a little too close and his left leg slid into the poop filled pond ten minutes after we got there. He cried the entire way home because he couldn't feed the ducks anymore.

Christmas

So I apologize that these are getting on here so late. We had quite a busy Christmas break. We were in Klamath Falls for Christmas weekend then came home for a few days. Kylan was getting his pink eye checked out when the doctor noticed a really bad ear infection that never healed 3 weeks prior. Then after 2 days of heavy duty antibiotic shots (barely avoided tubes) we then repacked the car and headed to North Bend. Steve's Grandpa passed away unexpectedly so we went to be with family there. These pics are of lots of family time that week.

Kylan's two favorite presents Christmas morning- a trike and an Elmo toothbrush.

Building blocks with Grandpa.

Kylan was really into ripping the paper off.

It snowed the day we left- it took us 4 1/2 hours to drive home.

" I love Grandma!"

Sitting in the Queen's chair with Maya and Chase.

Kylan was so excited when Gavin finally arrived. It made us realize how tired he was with all the adults he had been hanging around with the last 8 days. He ran right up to Gavin and gave him a huge hug.

Opening presents with Grandpa and Grandma Griffin. An Elmo See and Say and a Cookie Monster helmet? Sweet! (can you guess what Ky is into these days??)

Grandma and Grandpa Why's bench.

Go Ducks!!

Yea!!! A chair just my size!

A family pic- with Michael and Chanthra on Skype (laptop) from Cambodia.

It was great having Auntie Katie and Uncle Rick here for Christmas.

And finally; Happy Birthday Sadie!!

Santa

A few weeks before Christmas we went over to the Fortiers' house for an evening with Santa. We had cocoa, cookies and even listened to Santa read a Christmas story.

Kylan stayed on Santa's lap for only a few minutes- just long enough to snag a candy cane.

Swimming

This was about a month ago. Kylan's friend, Hallie, turned 2 and all the parents and kids went swimming at the wave pool. Kylan had a great time getting into the pool- its been quite a while.

All bummed out when it was time to go.
